Since 2014, Jenny has represented the interests of clients at the state capitol and within the executive branch as agencies adopt rules to implement law. She has experience representing local governments, individual businesses, and non-profit trade associations on a variety of policy issues—taxation, transportation, labor, natural resources, energy, environment, and technology. This broad scope has allowed her to establish relationships with legislators on both sides of the aisle and state agencies implementing policies that impact my clients.
