Payne is the President and General Manager of the Lumber Business at Sierra Pacific Industries. Payne joined SPI in 2021, following the company’s acquisition of Seneca. Since 2016, Todd has served as Seneca’s CEO and President. Throughout his 31 years with Seneca, he held various leadership roles including Vice President-Timberlands and Vice-President/General Manager. Payne earned a Business Degree with a minor in Forest Products from Oregon State University. He has also held leadership positions with the Softwood Lumber Board, Western Wood Products Association and Oregon Forest & Industries Council.
